Take orders, split bills, run offline, and close out.
How to take an order on the POS
Take an order in any of four service modes — dine-in, takeaway, delivery, or QR pickup. Add products and modifiers, optionally attach a customer for loyalty, send the ticket to the kitchen, and take payment.
WDPW keeps taking orders during an internet or power outage. Orders are captured in a local queue on the device and reconcile automatically when connectivity returns — the line never stops for a flaky signal.
At the end of a shift, run the cashier closeout to reconcile counted cash against expected takings. WDPW records any variance and captures the immutable Z-report for the business day.
