Open CRM and go to the rewards catalogue.

Set the thresholds for Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers.

Add rewards
Add the rewards guests can redeem with their points.

Issue gift cards (optional)
Create gift cards guests can top up and spend; look them up by code at the POS.
