How to import your menu into WDPW
You can bring your full menu into WDPW in minutes. Import automatically from a Foodics API token, or upload a CSV of categories, products, prices, and modifier groups. After import you review everything and add images and recipes.

Choose your source
If you're moving from Foodics, use the API-token importer. Otherwise, prepare a CSV of your categories, products, prices, and modifiers.

Import from Foodics (token)
Generate an API token in your Foodics console and paste it into WDPW's importer. Your menu, modifiers, customers, and inventory are pulled in automatically.

Or upload a CSV
In Menu Management, upload your CSV and map the columns to categories, products, prices, and modifier groups.

Review the import
Check the imported categories, products, and modifier groups for accuracy before going live.

Add images and recipes
Add product images and set each product's bill of materials (recipe) so stock deducts automatically when the item sells.
